VENDOR INFORMATION - 2010

Shakedown Street is what we call our vending area at Camp Zoe.
There is space for 30 to 40 vendors total per each Schwagstock event. Springjam & Spookstock is limited to 20 vendors.
We use an application process to select vendors for the different events.
There will be no unauthorized vending allowed.
All vendors must be approved and pay the vendor fee before vending. All merchandise must also be approved before vending.
All vendors must be open at least 14 hours each day of the event.
All vendors must be in by 5 p.m. on the Thursday before each event.
Vending area will be shut off to vehicle traffic after 5 p.m. on the Thursday of each event.
Each vendor is provided a 20 amp circuit for electricity with the usual 110 outlet.
Food vendors must be able to meet health department standards.
No Alcohol sales of any kind are allowed. No Fireworks sales.
There are NO more food or beverage vending booths available in 2010. The spots are filled.
2010 VENDING FEES SCHWAGSTOCKS
10' X 10' (no food or beverage) - $350 per event
20' X 20' (no food or beverage) - $500 per event SPRINGJAM & SPOOKSTOCK 10' X 10' (no food or beverage) - $300 per event
20' X 20' (no food or beverage) - $450 per event
These prices include 2 tickets, electricity, & camping & parking by your booth.
These prices are only for the individual Schwag events. Vending prices for outside festivals may vary. Contact vending@campzoe.com for details.
SEASON VENDING PASS
$2000 for non-food vendors
5 total weekend events : 3 Schwagstocks, Spookstock, & Springjam.
